How does the 30% discount work?

Does Outreach support designs made with AI?

What is 'bleed' and why is it required?

Bleed is artwork that extends 0.125" (1/8") past the trim edge on every side. It's required because cutting machines can shift slightly during production — the bleed prevents thin white slivers from appearing along the edges of your finished banner or postcard. All of our templates include bleed guides.

What accepted file formats can I upload?

We accept PDF (preferred), AI, EPS, PSD, TIFF, JPG, and PNG. Vector files (PDF, AI, EPS) print sharpest at any size. Raster files should be supplied at 150 DPI for large-format banners and 300 DPI for postcards and small print.

Will I receive a proof before production begins?

Yes. After upload, you'll receive a digital proof within 1 business day showing your design with trim, bleed, and safe-zone overlays. Production does not begin until you approve the proof. Physical hard-copy proofs are available on request for an additional fee.

What is the resolution requirement for photos?

For sharp prints, photos should be supplied at the dimensions printed below. Large-format pieces viewed from a distance can use lower DPI: Banners (3'+): 100–150 DPI · Postcards / flyers: 300 DPI · Retractable stands: 150 DPI. Avoid pulling images from social media — they're typically compressed and won't hold up at print size.

Can I use my own brand colors and fonts?

Absolutely. Our online editor lets you input HEX, RGB, or CMYK values directly, and you can upload your own custom fonts (.OTF / .TTF). For exact brand color matching across multiple pieces, we recommend supplying a Pantone (PMS) reference — our team will match as closely as the chosen substrate allows.

How long does printing and shipping take?

Most orders ship within 2–3 business days after proof approval, with standard ground shipping arriving in 3–5 business days. Rush production (next-business-day) is available for an added fee on most products. Tracking is provided automatically via email.
